Leveraging its own limestone quarry resources, Cronus utilizes automated calcining shaft kilns and advanced calcium hydroxide digestion equipment, enabling a self-sustaining, in-house production model covering the entire process from mining, calcination, and digestion. The company strictly controls every step of the production process to ensure consistent and reliable product quality and a guaranteed pass rate.

Project Construction and Production Capacity

Based on market demand and the company’s development strategy, our company has built three new calcium hydroxide production lines:

• Annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of industrial-grade calcium hydroxide
• Annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of food-grade calcium hydroxide
• Annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of medical-grade calcium hydroxide

Using high-quality quicklime as its primary raw material, the production lines have a production capacity of up to 20 tons/hour. The feed particle size ranges from 0 to 30 mm, and the discharge particle size can be controlled between 200 and 325 mesh, fully meeting the high-quality demands of various industries, including industry, food, and medicine.

Environmental Protection and Intelligent Control

Cronus consistently adheres to a green and environmentally friendly production philosophy, placing significant emphasis on dust and exhaust gas control during the design and operation of its production lines:

• Crushing and screening dust is treated and discharged through exhaust pipes to meet standards;
• Raw material storage, aging, homogenization, and finished product warehouses are all equipped with pulse bag dust collectors to ensure compliance with high-altitude emission standards;
• Screening dust, digestion exhaust, and milling dust are collected and purified through bag dust collection systems before being discharged;
• Packaging dust is centrally collected and treated to prevent secondary pollution.

Through comprehensive environmental management, the production line achieves clean production and green development.
