Raymond mill is mainly used to process non-flammable and explosive ores with a Mohs hardness of no more than 9.3 and a water content of no more than 6%, such as marble, calcite, limestone, potassium feldspar, etc. The finished particle size of the machine can be adjusted between 80 mesh and 400 mesh, and its fineness can meet most industrial production needs. This is something that ordinary ball mills cannot achieve.

Vertical mill is suitable for large-scale powder processing, and the output fineness is adjustable from 80-600 mesh. Although the vertical mill is a dry grinding equipment, the moisture content of some materials entering the mill can reach 15%. It is an integrated drying and grinding equipment with a small footprint and high production efficiency. It provides 5-100t/h models to meet the production conditions of large, medium and small enterprises. It is a modern and advanced grinding equipment with the characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, maintenance, and intelligent operation.

Ultrafine mill is used to produce high-fineness products. Its finished product is 44-5um, that is, between 325-2500 mesh. Unlike Raymond mill, its powder selection machine module design can adapt to different fineness requirements, frequency conversion speed regulation, and product fine classification. In addition, under the same output and fineness, the system energy consumption of this ultrafine mill is only one-third of that of the airflow mill.
