Calcium hydroxide production line installation requirements and usage precautions
Calcium hydroxide (chemical formula: Ca(OH)2) is a common inorganic compound, often called “slaked lime” or “hydrated lime”. There are many raw materials for producing calcium hydroxide, and the production cost is very low. Calcium hydroxide is widely used, and the application field is also obviously diversified. It has many applications in the medical and health industry, food industry, papermaking industry, chemical production and other fields, and its functions also show obvious differences and diversity.

Main installation requirements for calcium hydroxide production line
1. Equipment positioning
According to the layout of the entire production line and the axis or edge line and elevation line of the relevant buildings, the installation reference line shall be delineated. Equipment that are connected, linked or arranged with each other shall have a common installation reference line; as needed, the reference plate or reference point can be buried, and the specific basic position line and elevation line can be set.
2. Overall inspection
After installation, the entire equipment should be inspected, including the coordinate position of the foundation, the elevations of different planes, the plane dimensions, the plane dimensions on the boss, the recess dimensions, the horizontality of the plane, the plumbness of the foundation, the elevation and center distance of the embedded anchor bolts, the center position, depth and plumbness of the hole wall of the embedded anchor bolt holes, the elevation, center position, and horizontality of the grooved anchor plate and the threaded anchor plate of the embedded movable anchor bolt anchor plate, etc.
3.Preload test
The preload test is a preventive measure taken to prevent heavy equipment from failing to install due to uneven foundation sinking after installation. The preload of the test shall not be less than the sum of the forces acting on the equipment foundation when the equipment is running at full load. The observation reference point shall not be affected by the foundation settlement, and the observation points shall be at least four points evenly distributed around the foundation. The observation shall be carried out regularly and until the foundation is basically stable.
- Fixing equipment
In addition to movable equipment, other heavy, high-speed, and highly vibrating mechanical equipment needs to be firmly fixed on the foundation of the equipment. If it is not fixed properly, accidents are likely to occur. If it is a dismantled equipment, first fix its base in place and then assemble it.
Precautions for using the calcium hydroxide production line
- Regular inspection: The calcium hydroxide production line should maintain the equipment during use, and regularly inspect all parts of the production line. If the accessories are found to be worn, they should be replaced to avoid affecting normal operation.
- Timely handling of abnormal situations: If an abnormal situation is found during the operation of the calcium hydroxide production line, it should be stopped immediately and the abnormal situation should be checked. Production can only be continued after the fault is resolved to avoid unnecessary losses.
