Pulverized Coal Successfully Delivered to Sichuan – Enabling Clean and Efficient Pulverized Coal Production
Recently, our independently developed and manufactured coal pulverizer and supporting production line equipment were successfully loaded and shipped to a customer site in Sichuan. This equipment will be used in a local pulverized coal preparation project, providing the customer with a comprehensive, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly pulverized coal processing solution.
Shipping Site

On the day of shipment, staff meticulously packaged and secured the equipment in accordance with shipping regulations, ensuring safe and stable transport during the long journey. The equipment shipped included core components such as the mill, grading system, drying unit, and conveying equipment, forming a complete pulverized coal production line. As the vehicles slowly exited the factory, the project officially entered the installation phase.
Pulverized Coal Overview
Pulverized coal refers to the finely powdered coal obtained by processing raw coal through processes such as crushing, grinding, drying, and classifying. Compared to traditional lumps of coal, pulverized coal offers the following advantages:
Small particle size (several millimeters to tens of microns);
Large surface area;
Complete combustion and high thermal efficiency;
More flexible transportation and storage
These characteristics make pulverized coal an important form of fuel and raw material in modern industry.
Pulverized Coal Production Line Process
Pretreatment: Raw coal is cleaned of impurities, crushed, and dusted to improve workability.
Grinding: Coal is ground into a fine powder using equipment such as roller mills, ball mills, or vertical mills.
Classification: Pulverized coal is screened by air separation or air classifiers to determine particle size.
Drying: Moisture is removed from pulverized coal using rotary kilns, fluidized beds, or airflow dryers to improve combustion performance.
Processing and Conditioning: Ash and sulfur content of pulverized coal is adjusted, or combustion aids are added, as needed.
Storage and Transportation: Pulverized coal is transported to storage warehouses via screw conveyors and belt conveyors for subsequent use.
Main Uses of Pulverized Coal
Fuel: Widely used in power plants, boilers, and kilns, it offers high combustion efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Industrial Raw Material: Used in production processes in industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, and cement.
Pulverized Coal Injection and Gasification: Coal injection or gasification processes improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.
Pulverized Coal: Processed into briquettes for heating and industrial combustion.
summary
